We will be releasing a hotel block in the coming weeks and it will be sent to you via email once your ticket is booked.  

Your stay is not included in the price of the ticket. We have a hotel block at the Hilton where we are hosting the event, you are welcome to book a room there, a neighboring hotel, or an airbnb in the area.  

Your ticket will include breakfast and lunch each day. 

Unfortunately tickets to camp are non-refundable.  However, if you cannot make it you are welcome to try to transfer your ticket to someone else who would like to come or to the next year! The transfer deadline is August 13th, 2024.

Gear: We would recommend bringing 2-3 gis and 2-3 sets of no-gi gear. Remember clean sports bras and underwear! There is are laundry services available in the hotel. We'd also recommend bringing apparel to lounge in, a mouth piece, any braces you might need, flip-flops, and a swimsuit for the beach/pool.

Snacks: There are no meals served at this camp. There are a variety of resturants in the area for dining. Additionally, we will have a variety of snacks for sale but we recommend bringing anything you might want.  

Money: We will be having a variety of vendors at camp so bring some money for shopping!

Toiletries:  Please bring any toiletries you might require. Think about: Braces, Tape, KT Tape, Ibuprofen/CBD,Tigerbalm, period products etc.

We would also recommend bringing a notebook, there's going to be a lot of information at camp.  Record and write it down!

There are jiu jitsu focused sections of the camp, however if you do not train jiu jitsu we will have alternate sessions for jiu jitsu/self defense basics. 

These sessions will help you get comfortable with some basic movements including falling, standing up, breaking grips, and maintaining the distance.  These movements are very practical and memorable for self-defense scenarios. 

We can only allow registered  attendees in the event rooms due to insurance reasons. However, if you'd like to bring your family members they are more than welcome to stay with you in the hotel and enjoy the hotels other amenities while you're attending workshops.

This is event is exclusively for women over the age of 18.  

Absolutely! Camp is a great place to make friends, come alone and leave with friends that will last a lifetime!

We recommend flying into Austin International Airport.  It is about a 20 minute ride from the hotel. 

Yes there is parking on site, it is a paid lot that costs $42 per day.  Hotel guests will recieve $10 off parking each day.  

There are a number of other lots in the surrounding area as well.

Absolutely, It is encouraged! We want you to get the most out of the weekender.  We have some amazing workshops planned and you should take it home with you!

There are are laundry services available in the hotel for hotel guests.  If you choose not to stay at the hotel, there is a laundromat located about 5 minutes away (driving), 15 minutes (walking).

We have 10  volunteer tickets available at a discounted price.
